    the little details

    We are looking for designers & makers who fit our curated aesthetic and look forward to supporting artisans from around the country! Check out our shop tour on our blog. If you think you are a great fit for our fancy little shop, simply fill out the application above and submit it to us.  We will review your application and respond to all accepted applicants within 2-4 weeks.  Due to the anticipated amount of applications, we regret that we may not be able to personally reply to all applicants.

    Avenue Twenty-One is a carefully curated lifestyle boutique. We are looking for items that fit our aesthetic to help bring an ideal shopping experience to our customers.  With that in mind, there are some items that we are not able to carry in our shop.  Perishable & edible items, designs containing questionable or offensive language, religious items & children's apparel are a few of the items we will not be carrying at this time.  We also are unable to accept supplies, direct sales products or used items.

    Breaking into retail isn't easy! Here are a few tips to get your application noticed by us!

    • Great photos! Show us clear, bright photos of your products. The details matter so try get close up so we can see the quality of your awesome products!
    • Pretty packaging! How you package your products can make the difference between an okay product and a WOW-factor product.

    Our featured artisans will enter into a mutual 60-day consignment contract.  At the end of the 60 days, we reserve the right to renew or return the items based on a variety of factors such as current inventory, seasons, etc.  Artisan is responsible for all shipping costs (initial shipping to boutique & return shipping.)

    Artisans agree to a standard 55/45 split.  Payouts will be made via PayPal on the 15th of each month.

    We reserve the right to select products that we feel will do best in our boutique. Our goal is to work with select artisans to create a positive experience for our customers, artisans as well as ourselves.  From time to time, we may request certain colors, themes, styles or types of items from our featured artisans.  Should you have questions regarding our policies, consignment terms, etc. feel free to email us at
