How long does it take for my order to ship?
Our pre-curated & build-a-box orders have a 3-5 day processing time. Standard shipping takes an additional 2-5 business days.
Our laser cut & personalized items takes 2 weeks for proofing & production. Standard shipping takes an additional 2-5 business days.
Non box or personalized items that are available in stock will typically ship within 48 hours of purchase.
This is a gift - can I request delivery on a specific day?
If you need your order to arrive on a specific day, please email us at email@example.com and we can work with you to make that happen. In some cases, expedited shipping may be needed and we can work with you to ensure your order arrives on time!
If you need your gift to arrive before a certain day (like a birthday, etc.) we can add a "DO NOT OPEN UNTIL _____!" sticker to the package.
Do you add any invoices or receipts to the package?
Since most of our packages are gifts we do not include any indicators of pricing to our boxes. All receipts & invoices are sent via the email you have specified during check out.
Where do you ship?
We have customers & clients all over the world! We do offer international shipping but please plan accordingly as ship times do take longer. For Canada please allow 14 business days & for other international countries please allow at least 3 weeks for delivery.
*Please note that we do not assume responsibility for your countries customs & VAT taxes. All additional costs are your responsibility. We can not refund or accept returns for orders that have been returned to us due to custom fees not being paid.
Can I track my package?
All of our orders include tracking numbers so that you can track the process of your order & see when it is delivered (if it's not going directly to you).
For international orders, tracking can, at time become unreliable once leaving the US.
Do you offer pick up for locals?
Due to our schedule & studio location, we do not currently offer pick up options. For large custom orders within our area, we do offer our white glove delivery service on certain days. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on this service.
My order is lost/was never received!
Don't panic, friend - we got this! We'll work with you try to locate your package. We are happy to contact the carrier and see if we can get more information on your package. In the majority of cases, the package turns up with a bit of digging! In the rare case that your package can not be located, we regret that we can not be held responsible for lost (or damaged) packages and we recommend filing a carrier claim.
